Merrimack Man Charged With Second Driving With Suspension Offense

MERRIMACK, NH – A Merrimack man was charged with operating after a suspension second offense during a traffic stop on Camp Sargent Road on Wednesday. Merrimack Police said Timothy Dulac, 47, had his license suspended for driving while intoxicated.

Merrimack Police said the officer initiated the stop because the driver was recognized as having a suspended license. A records check confirmed the New Hampshire Director of Motor Vehicles suspended Dulac’s license for DUI in 2016.

Dulac was released on personal recognizance and is scheduled to appear before the 9th Circuit Court-Merrimack Division on Dec. 12.
