Merrimack Man Charged With Second OUI Offense
Kevin Donohue, who was convicted of OUI in Plaistow last year, was arrested in a gas station parking lot about 2 a.m. Thursday morning.

MERRIMACK, NH — A Merrimack man was charged with his second operating under the influence of liquor offense in a gas station parking lot on Daniel Webster Highway early this morning. Kevin Donohue, 33, was convicted of OUIL in Plaistow District Court in Sept. 2018.
Merrimack Police said they were conducting a business check at the gas station shortly before 2 a.m. when a customer alerted the officer about a possibly intoxicated driver parked in the lot. When the officer interviewed Donohue possible signs of impairment were detected and Donohue was arrested.
Because he has been previously convicted of OUIL, the charged was upgraded to a second offense. He was released on personal recognizance and scheduled to appear in the 9th Circuit Court Merrimack Division on Oct. 31.
