MERRIMACK, NH — A Manchester man who has never held a valid driver's license was arrested following a motor vehicle stop of a car he was driving on Daniel Webster Highway. Merrimack Police said Sean Liles, 23, was pulled over for a vehicle violation and it was discovered that he did not have a valid driver's license.

Because Liles was determined to have never had a valid driver's license, the crime was elevated to a misdemeanor.

Liles was arrested and released on personal recognizance bail. He is scheduled to appear before the 9th Circuit Court-Merrimack Division on Oct. 31.
