MERRIMACK, NH — Merrimack Police charged a Nashua man with operating with a suspended registration and operating after suspension during a Thursday traffic stop. Troy Botsford, 29, had his driving privileges suspended by the New Hampshire Director of Motor Vehicles in July for failure to pay a fine.

Merrimack police said they stopped Botsford on Dobson Way about 1:30 p.m. for a driving violation. A records check revealed the suspensions as of July 31.

Botsford was released on personal recognizance and scheduled to appear in the 9th Circuit Court-Merrimack Division on Dec. 12.
