MERRIMACK, NH – Merrimack Police charged a Nashua man with drug possession and driving with a suspended registration following a traffic stop on Daniel Webster Highway. Joseph Catanzano, 28, had his registration suspended in September for an uninsured accident.
Merrimack Police made the stop at about 1 p.m. on Oct. 18 and determined during a records check that Catanzano had his registration suspended by the New Hampshire Director of Motor Vehicles on Sept. 22. At the time of his arrest he was found to be in possession of prescription medication without a prescription, and was charged with possession of a controlled drug.
Catanzano was released on personal recognizance and scheduled to appear at Hillsborough County Superior Court South on Oct. 31.
