Merrimack Police Charge Nashua Man With Suspended License Offense

MERRIMACK, NH — A Nashua man was charged with driving with a suspended license for the second time during a traffic stop on Industrial Drive on Oct. 30. Nashua police said Nicholas Dumont, 38, was found to have an accumulations of driving convictions and had his license suspended on Oct. 28.

Nashua police said they stopped Dumont for a motor vehicle violation and conducted a records check. Nashua police then determined Dumont's license had been suspended by the New Hampshire Director of Motor Vehicles.

Dumont was released on personal recognizance and scheduled to be arraigned on Nov. 14 at the Merrimack 9th Circuit Division Court.
