Merrimack Police Charge Nashua Woman With Driving Violation

MERRIMACK, NH – A Nashua woman was charged in Merrimack with driving with a suspended license and registration on Nov. 5. Merrimack police said they stopped Susan Hixon about 5 p.m. in the area of Tinker Road and Continental Boulevard.

A records check revealed her license and registration had been suspended for failure to pay a court fine.

She was released on personal recognizance and scheduled to appear in the 9th Circuit Merrimack District Court on Nov. 21.

Merrimack police said they were on patrol in the area of Daniel Webster Highway and Gilbert Crossing when a car came up behind the cruiser at a high rate of speed. The officer stopped the vehicle on Bedford Road and determined that LeBlanc was driving while intoxicated.

She was released on personal recognizance and is scheduled to appear before the Merrimack 9th Circuit Court on Nov. 21.

A New Hampshire woman was charged with domestic violence on Nov. 2 after Merrimack police said they determined she scratched a male family member.

Merrimack police said they responded to a 911 call regarding a physical altercation between two family members. Based on interviews, Merrimack police charged Kathleen McNamara with domestic violence. She was released on personal recognizance and scheduled to appear at the 9th Circuit Court Merrimack Division.
