Merrimack Police Make Domestic Assault Arrests

Three charged with domestic violence simple assault in separate incidents this week.

MERRIMACK, NH — A Merrimack Man was charged with domestic violence assault on Tuesday after he was accused of grabbing his victim by the neck and holding the person from the household against a wall. Mark Sutton, 57, was charged with one count of simple assault.

Sutton was released on personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear before the Merrimack 9th Circuit Court.

A New Hampshire woman was arrested on one count of domestic simple assault on Wednesday. Merrimack Police said Setevia Simonelli was identified as the person who struck the victim in the face while that person was sleeping on the couch.

Simonelli was released on personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear before the Merrimack 9th Circuit Court.

Merrimack Police charged Skylah Pinet early Friday morning with criminal trespass and two counts of domestic violence-simple assault. She is accused of pushing and scratching an intimate partner and refusing to leave the resident when she was told to leave.

Pinet was released on personal recognizance bail and scheduled to be arraigned on Oct. 1 at Merrimack District Court.
