Merrimack Police Vs. Merrimack DPW Annual Food Drive

It's badges vs. hardhats ... it's on!

The Merrimack Police Department has participated in a food drive for the last few years in an effort to support the local food pantries during the normally challenging holiday season.

The last few years, the Department of Public Works has chosen to join in and issue a friendly challenge to see who could collect more donated goods to help the charities that help our local families in need, according to a press statement.

The departments are now accepting donations at drop box locations available at both the police station, located at 31 Baboosic Lake Road, and the DPW facility, located at located at 80 Turkey Hill Road. P

Donated goods can be dropped off at either location but most of all, both agencies wish to encourage our community to help those families in need this coming holiday season, according to police.
