Merrimack Woman Arrested After Accident
Police: Crystal Dwyer was driving under the influence on Continental Boulevard.

A local woman is scheduled to be in court next month after a crash and OUI charge this week, according to police.
Crystal Dwyer, 57, of Turkey Hill Road in Merrimack, was arrested on June 21, 2015, for operating under the influence.

At around 2 a.m. on Sunday, police discovered a motor vehicle accident on Continental Boulevard by Tallant Road.
“The officer observed a motor vehicle that left the roadway and struck rocks, railroad ties and paving stones along the side of the road before coming to rest,” according to Sgt. Eric Marquis of the Merrimack Police Department.

The driver, Dwyer, allegedly appeared to be impaired. She agreed to perform field sobriety tests and was later arrested for OUI, according to the report. Dwyer was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to appear in court on July 7.
