“Upon arrival, the officer noticed that there were car parts at the scene and that the property damage was a result of a motor vehicle accident,” MacLeod stated. “Upon further investigation by the officer, a motor vehicle was located in the area that had damage that matched the car parts located at the scene.”
The investigating officer reportedly identified Barrows as the operator of the vehicle, according to a report. A warrant was issued for her arrest and she was arrested earlier this month.
