MERRIMACK, NH — A Merrimack woman was arrested twice within 16 hours accused of verbal domestic incident and then fighting with police officers during a second incident. Charges against Karen Fiasconaro, 40, of London Court in Merrimack, started around 8 p.m. Friday when police were sent to the home for a report of a verbal domestic incident between a man and woman and a fire alarm being pulled in the building. During the course of investigating the incident, police learned Fiasconaro was out on bail after a previous domestic incident.
"One of the conditions of her release," according to Lt. Sean Cassell of the Merrimack Police Department, "which was set by the 9th Circuit District Court of Merrimack on Nov. 13, 2019, is that she not have contact with this particular male."
Officers accused Fiasconaro of chasing the man away from the apartment, pulling a fire alarm as she ran by it, and then, attempting to jump into the car the man attempted to flee in.

At 12:15 p.m. Saturday, police received multiple 911 calls from the same caller saying that a man was trying to break into her home. When they arrived, the caller reportedly refused to allow officers to enter the residence and "began yelling obscenities." Officers identified Fiasconaro as the caller, learned that the call was false, and she was arrested again.
"While trying to take her in to custody, she fought with the officers, kicking two of them and spitting at one in the face," according to Sgt. Brandon Gagnon of the Merrimack Police Department.
Gagnon said Fiasconaro was held for preventative detention and was scheduled to be arraigned on the new charges on Dec. 23.
