Merrimack Woman Charged As Habitual Driving Offender

MERRIMACK, NH — A Merrimack woman is charged with being a habitual offender on Tuesday after she was pulled over in the area of Turkey Hill and Amherst Road while driving with a suspended license and suspended registration. Barbara Callahan, 54, was arrested on an electric bench warrant from Nashua District Court.

Callahan was pulled over for a moving violation Tuesday afternoon when Merrimack Police identified her as a certified habitual offender.

Callahan was released on personal recognizance bail. She is scheduled to appear before the Hillsborough County Superior Court-South, on Oct. 10.
