Merrimack Woman Indicted for Knife Threats
Plus, Acton man indicted for drug dealing, store worker indicted for stealing iPhones, and CT man indicted for heroin, other drugs.

The Hillsborough County Superior Court indicted the following people recently:
Brendan C. Agrillo, 29, of Bellantoni Drive in Acton, MA, for possession of a narcotic drug with intent to distribute (heroin, in excess of 3.5 grams) and possession of a narcotic drug, both felonies, after incidents in Merrimack on Sept. 13, and Sept. 15, 2015.

Hector Arroyo, 46, with a last known address of Bradford Street in Lawrence, MA, for felony receiving stolen property after allegedly working with Jeyson Perez and others to allegedly deprive the Nike Store in Merrimack of more than $1,500 worth of merchandise.
April Barter, 38, with a last known address of Arlington Street in Merrimack, for criminal threatening and domestic violence, both felonies, as well as domestic violence-simple assault, domestic violence, and domestic violence-criminal mischief. On Sept. 9, 2015, in Merrimack, she allegedly terrorized and threatened to kill a male party with a knife, punched him in the head twice, and sliced his lunchbox with the knife.

Jaysus Beltran, 18, of Blossom Street in Nashua, for felony first-degree assault and felony attempted first-degree assault. On Sept. 24, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly stabbed a man in the chest and swung his arm in a stabbing motion while holding a knife at another man who was in a vehicle.
Joseph Bean, 35, incarcerated but formerly of Nashua for felony possession of a controlled drug (suboxone) after an incident in Nashua on Aug. 26, 2015.
James Bidgood, 31, of Sunshine Drive in Hudson, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for stealing more than $1,500 worth of iPhones from shipping boxes owned by numerous people between Sept. 25, and Oct. 2, 2015, in Nashua.
Ariel Brea, 31, of Allds Street in Nashua, for felony criminal liability to sale of a narcotic drug (seven oxycodone pills) on April 8, 2014, in Nashua, in concert with Franklin Castro to an individual cooperating with the Nashua Police Department.
Chance Lacasse, 20, of Queens Way in Merrimack, for felony false impersonation. On April 1, 2015, he allegedly knowingly wore patches from the New Hampshire State Police in Merrimack.
Cameron LaFontaine, 21, of West Street in Milford, for simple assault, domestic violence, breach of bail conditions, and criminal mischief. On March 25, 2015, in Milford, he allegedly pushed a man, an intimate partner, to the ground, when a condition of his release was to not contact the man. Another man’s property was also damaged during the incident.
Anthony Votino, 33, of New Britain Road in Kensington, CT, for possession of a narcotic drug (heroin) and possession of a controlled drug (alprazolam), both felonies, and possession of a controlled drug (marijuana) in Merrimack on Feb. 27, 2015.
