Nashua Man Arrested on Marijuana Charge
Merrimack Police allege that James Marshall was transporting pot in his car.

A local man was arrested last week on a transportation of marijuana charge after a traffic stop on Continental Boulevard.
James Marshall, 25, of Ash Street in Nashua, was arrested on July 31, 2015. He’s expected in court on Aug. 11.

Police stopped Marshall in a Honda Civic for a reported motor vehicle infraction.
“When the officer spoke to the above driver, James Marshall he was found to have small amount of Marijuana in his car,” according to Sgt. Ted Dillon. “At this time he was placed under arrest.”

He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.
