Nashua Man Hit 104 MPH On Everett Turnpike: Cops
Nicholas McMaster was arrested last week by Merrimack police on reckless driving and resisting arrest charges.

MERRIMACK, NH — An early morning traffic stop on the Everett Turnpike led to charges for a Gate City man Saturday. At just before 1:30 a.m., an officer in Merrimack reportedly stopped a vehicle after clocking it driving at 104 mph. The driver, Nicholas McMaster, 26, was pulled over and questioned, according to Sgt. Michael Lambert of the Merrimack Police Department.
"While taking McMaster into custody for the speed violation, a brief struggle ensued and an additional charge of resisting arrest/detention was added," Lambert stated.
McMaster, who resides on Knights Bridge Drive in Nashua, was processed and released on personal recognizance bail after being charged with reckless driving and resisting arrest. He is due in 9th Circuit Merrimack Division Court on Aug. 22.
