Nashua Man Indicted On Several Felonious Sexual Assault Charges: Court

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Cari Comeau, 38, of Capron Road in Milford on two felony motor vehicles; penalties charges. She was accused of driving on Capron Road in Milford on Nov. 20, and Nov. 30, 2021, after being certified as a habitual offender.

Jennifer Confrancisco, 31, of Crescent Street in Pepperell, Massachusetts, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and buprenorphine, charges on March 2 in Nashua.

Joseph Connors, 35, of Eaton Street in Nashua on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of striking a man in the face and causing a fractured jawbone on Oct. 29, 2021, in Nashua.

Melissa Beth Daigle, 47, of Charity Road in Hudson on tampering with witnesses, two identity fraud, and two falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. She was accused of obtaining email passwords and an iPhone password of a man with the intent of posing as him; concealed the phone by giving it to a woman when she found out a police investigation was occurring; gave documents to the police, that she knew to be false, to make it look like the man was stalking her; and attempting to get the woman she gave the phone to, to inform falsely; all between Dec. 4, and Dec. 31, 2020, in Hudson.

Rey De Jesus, 59, of Pine Street in Nashua on two counts of attempted felonious sexual assault and four counts of felonious sexual assault, all felonies. In Nashua, he was accused of attempting and fondling a girl between Jan. 1, 2019, and April 23, 2020.

Stephen Demontigny, 34, of Chandler Street in Nashua on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of pointing a firearm at a girl and telling her to “shut up” or words to that effect on Jan. 1 in Nashua.

Jaime Diaz, 46, of Whitney Street in Nashua on reckless conduct and three criminal threatening charges. He was accused of holding and moving a box cutter toward another person on Dec. 26, 2021, in Nashua.

Craig Clark, 50, of Old Coach Road in Hudson on a felony conspiracy to sell a controlled drug charge and Mark DiPaolo, 45, of Loring Boulevard in Plymouth, Massachusetts, on a felony conspiracy to sell a controlled drug-subsequent offense charge. Between Dec. 1, 2018, and Dec. 16, 2021, they were accused of transferring and purchasing at least 5 ounces or more of cocaine in Tyngsborough, MA, and Hudson.

Ashley Drehle, 32, of Lincoln Lane in Dracut, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from Ulta in Nashua on Nov. 8, 2021.

Stephanie Drusendahl, 33, of Kinsley Street in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of taking more than $1,500 lottery tickets without paying for them between Sept. 12, and Sept. 19, 2021, from Cumberland Farms on Morgan Street in Nashua.

Jordan Fernandes, 22, of Commercial Street in Nashua on three felony distribution of child sexual abuse images charges by sending videos to another person via Kik’s messaging application on Oct. 6, 2021, in Nashua.
