Nashua Man Indicted On Unemployment Fraud Charge: Superior Court
Plus: Londonderry woman accused of stealing money from Hudson resident's bank account; fentanyl sale indictment; habitual offender indicted.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Elizabeth Wilcox, 40, of High Range Road in Londonderry on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing $1,600 from another person’s bank account in Hudson on Feb. 16.
Robert Wilkins, 55, of Ridge Street in Nashua on a felony sale of fentanyl charge, with an agent of the Nashua police, on May 4. Previously, he was convicted on a controlled drugs: acts prohibited charge in December 2012 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Eric J. Wollen, 58, of Long Avenue in Nashua on a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Amherst Street in Nashua on June 2 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Nicholas C. Martin of Nashua on a felony unemployment compensation fraud charge. He was accused of collecting benefits while working at a restaurant in Nashua for the week ending March 21, 2020, as well as between June 27, 2020, and March 13, 2021.
