NH Man Charged With Domestic Violence In Merrimack

MERRIMACK, NH — A New Hampshire man was arrested domestic violence charges following an incident at The Residences at Daniel Webster Highway. Paul Wheeler, 38, is accused of refusing to let the victim leave the residence.

On Sept. 30, Merrimack Police responded to The Residences at DW Highway late Monday afternoon for a report of a domestic disturbance. Merrimack Police said investigating officers learned that Wheeler refused to let the male victim leave and placed Wheeler under arrest for one count of domestic violence criminal restraint.

Wheeler was released on personal recognizance and scheduled to appear in Merrimack 9th Circuit Court.
