New Hampshire's first significant snow storm of the 2022-2023 fall-winter season caused at least 47 crashes in two hours Friday morning, state police said.

The incidents included vehicles off the road, police added.

Accident reports began during the early morning hours, including a rollover crash on Hooksett Road in Hooksett around 1:15 a.m. Police and firefighters found the vehicle on its side. The driver was ejected from the vehicle, fire command said. Command requested a paramedic from Tri-Town Ambulance to the crash, but the request was canceled after a second Hooksett ambulance arrived. Later, the fire commander requested an intercept before bringing the driver to Elliot Hospital in Manchester.
