NH Woman Arrested on Driving Charges

Merrimack Police: Theresa Chausse was arrested last week after a traffic stop on Route 101A.

MERRIMACK, NH — A woman from the western part of the state is due in court in December after being arrested on driving charges last week, according to police. Theresa Chausse, 41, of Mahan Street in Lebanon, was arrested on Oct. 29, 2016, and charged with operating after suspension and operating with suspended registrations.

According to Sgt. Eric Marquis of the Merrimack Police Department, Chausse was stopped on Route 101A after an officer reportedly saw a motor vehicle violation. She was pulled over and the officer discovered her driving violations and she was arrested.

Chausse was released on personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Dec. 15.
