No Overnight Parking in Merrimack: Police

The town's winter parking ban is now in place. Here are the details from the Merrimack Police Department.

MERRIMACK, NH — Overnight parking in the town of Merrimack is no longer allowed as of today, Nov. 15, 2016, according to the Merrimack Police Department. Between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. each day through April 15, 2017, no vehicles are allowed to be left on a public way, according to Lt. Denise Roy of the Merrimack Police Department.

“Vehicles which are found to be parked on the roadway during the listed hours are subject to receive a summons with a fine,” she noted in a press statement. “Anyone who impedes snow removal operations is also subject to their vehicle being towed. The Merrimack Police Department and the Department of Public Works appreciate your assistance during this upcoming winter season.”
