According to police, officers were called to Merrimack Firearms on Daniel Webster Highway for an alarm activation late Saturday night, just before midnight.
“(Officers) discovered a shattered glass front door, and blood left at the scene,” according to Detective Scott Park of the Merrimack Police Department. “It was later determined that the suspect was unable to gain entry into the store due to the extra security measures taken by the shop's owner.”

On Sunday morning, Flynn, along with Danielle Hagan, 19, and Dennis Martinez, 18, both of Hudson, were all arrested for allegedly breaking into the Pelham store.
Questioning and interviews, according to Park, led police to information about the incident at Merrimack Firearms, and Flynn was charged with that alleged crime, too.
He is being held on $10,000 cash bail and is scheduled for a probable cause hearing in Merrimack District Court on March 17.
