Alleged Nashua Drug Dealer Indicted

The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough Superior Court:

Jonathan Flynn, 19, of Allen Street in Nashua, on a felony burglary charge from Nov. 24, 2014, at a business in Hudson.

Kevin Fonseca, 32, of Glen Drive in Hudson, for possession of a narcotic drug (heroin) and possession of a controlled drug (clonazepam), both felonies, as well as possession of a controlled drug (marijuana) on Dec. 6, 2014, in Nashua.

Christopher Francisco, 19, of Toye Street in Lawrence, MA, for felony robbery after an incident in Nashua on Jan. 6, 2015, allegedly with Fray Cayetano and Anderson Morales.

Matthew Gelardi, 19, of Chandler Court on Hudson, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking after an incident on May 24, 2014, in Nashua, after a previous conviction in August 2012.

Amy Gleneck, 50, of Flint Pond Drive in Hollis, for felony theft by unauthorized taking after an incident on Feb. 9, 2011, in Nashua involving more than $1,500 from a bank account of a living trust.

Hector Gonzalez, 33, of Vine Street in Nashua, for possession of a narcotic drug with intent to distribute (heroin), second offense, and possession of a controlled drug (buprenorphine), second offense, both felonies, on Dec. 18, 2014, in Nashua. He was previous convicted in August 2007.

John Heitkamp, 70, of Tolles Street in Nashua, for two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and second-degree assault, all felonies, against a child under 13 between September and October 2014 in Nashua, and a child under 16 between July and October 2014 in Nashua.

Shauna Iudice, 29, of unknown address, for possession of a controlled drug (crack cocaine), second offense, a felony, on Dec. 30, 2014, in Nashua. She was previously convicted in Salem District Court in Massachusetts in August 2012.

Adam Lawrence, 34, of unknown address, for possession of a controlled drug (marijuana) with intent to distribute, second offense, and possession of a narcotic drug (oxycodone), both felonies, on Dec. 29, 2014.

Brittny Matuzas, 26, of Broadview Avenue in Nashua, for possession of a controlled drug (suboxone), second offense, on Dec. 17, 2014, in Nashua, after being convicted in January 2010.

Joshua J. McCarthy, 35, currently incarcerated, on seven counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault between April and October 2014 in Merrimack against a child under 13.

Justin McGrail, 33, of Pelham Street in Methuen, MA, for theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, on Aug. 5, 2014, in Pelham for allegedly stealing a donation bucket for the Feline Friends Fund. He was previously convicted of burglary in June 2001 in Merrimack Superior Court and theft in December 2009 in Cumberland, ME.

Michael McKennon, 34, currently incarcerated, on a felonious sexual assault felony charge between June and September 2014 in Nashua against a girl under the age of 16.
