Police: Merrimack Man Threatened to Kill Woman
Jason Trythall arrested for criminal threatening, the latest in a string of arrests including stalking, ID fraud, and violation of privacy.

A Merrimack man with a string of arrests has been charged again, this time, for allegedly threatening a woman at a local business last week.
Jason Trythall, 32, of King Street in Merrimack, was arrested on Jan. 16, 2015, and charged with criminal threatening.
According to police, on the day in question, Tryhall allegedly threatened a woman at a local business in town, allegedly telling her that he was going to “kill her” the next time he saw her. This incident, she stated, “placed her in fear for her safety,” according to Sgt. Eric Marquis of the Merrimack Police Department.

Police investigated the matter and then, issued an arrest warrant for Tryhall. He was arrested later in the day and transported to the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections. Tryhall was held on $1,000 cash bail and arraigned today.
According to reports online, Tryhall has been arrested a number of times, including, most recently, for identity fraud and violation of privacy last month and stalking and resisting charges in February 2014, where police had to Tase him to get him under control.

In February 2010, he was arrested and charged with domestic assault, kidnapping/false imprisonment, obstructing the reporting of a crime, according to the Cabinet.com. In December of that year, he was arrested for robbery and assault in Amherst.
In May 2012, according to Nashua Patch, he was arrested for domestic violence: stalking, a felony, after allegedly contacting a woman who had an active court order against him.
In October 2013, he was arrested on a warrant for nonpayment of a fine, according to the Nashua Police.
