Police: Nashua Man Threatened Ex

Jeremy Couture was arrested on Valentine's Day by Merrimack Police, held on cash bail.

A local man is facing charges after allegedly threatening his ex-girlfriend.

Jeremy Couture, 22, of Cheryl Street in Nashua, was arrested on Feb. 14, 2015, and charged with domestic violence and criminal threatening.

According to a report, officers were called to the Harris Pond Condominium complex for a criminal threatening report. Police investigated the incident and afterward, issued a warrant for Couture’s arrest.

“It is alleged that Couture threatened the safety and property of a former girlfriend,” according to Sgt. Eric Marquis of the Merrimack Police Department. “Couture was later located and placed under arrest.”

Couture was held on $5,000 cash bail and transported to the Hillsborough Department of Corrections. He was arraigned on Feb. 17.
