Pot Dealer Arrested in Merrimack: Cops
Police charge Robert Dow with intent to distribute after a traffic stop earlier this month.

MERRIMACK, NH – A man is due in court in August after allegedly being hit with a marijuana distribution charge about two weeks ago, according to police.
Robert Dow, 22, of Fieldstone Lane in Rochester, was arrested on June 4, 2016, on a possession of marijuana with intent to distribute charge.

According to police, at just before 8 p.m., an officer saw a Hyundai Sonata on Camp Sergeant Road make a motor vehicle violation and pulled the vehicle over on the Exit 11 southbound ramp.

The officer thought there might be marijuana inside the vehicle and after questioning, Dow allegedly handed over “a significant quantity of marijuana” to the officer, according to a report.
“During the course of the investigation, officers located paraphernalia inside the car that it associated with the distribution of controlled drugs,” according to Sgt. Cassell of the Merrimack Police Department.
Dow was arrested, processed, and released on personal recognizance bail. He’s due in court on Aug. 4.
