Prosecutors Move Forward in Case Against Truck Driver

Cornish man faces a manslaughter charge.

The Associated Press is reporting that Hillsborough County prosecutors will soon be presenting its case against Kyle Witty in the fatal Merrimack accident that killed a Nashua woman last month.

Elizabeth McQuinn, 60, of Nashua, was killed during the July 16, crash on Route 101A after Witty’s dump truck collided with her Kia Sorrento SUV. Witty, who lives in Cornish, allegedly ran a red light.
