‘Armed and Dangerous’ Homicide Suspect Sought by Marshals
This week's NH Fugitive of the Week is Billy Damuel Maldonado Cancel aka Billy Maldonado of Puerto Rico. Have you seen him?

CONCORD, NH — This week’s District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force Fugitive of the Week is Billy Damuel Maldonado Cancel, 23, who is wanted for homicide with a firearm. Cancel – who also goes by the name of “Billy Maldonado” – is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs around 189 lbs.

Cancel has black hair, brown eyes, and medium skin tone. He also has a left eyebrow piercing.

The warrant against Cancel was issued on Sept. 16, 2016, by the Manchester Police Department. Investigators in the Queen City allege that Cancel shot and killed Jonathan Vazquez-Ojeda in Manchester on Sept. 14.

“Cancel should be considered armed and dangerous,” noted U.S. Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White in a press statement.
White stated that while Cancel has been in New Hampshire, he has known associates in Massachusetts, including the Springfield area, and also “strong ties” to people Puerto Rico, where he was born.
