Teens Face Gun, Stolen Property, Other Charges: Indictment Roundup
Plus, Nashua woman indicted on drug, prostitution charges, Lowell man indicted for OUI, drug charges, and woman indicted for knife robbery.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in February.
Christopher Baxter, 19, pictured upper left, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for reckless conduct, falsifying physical evidence, and receiving stolen property-firearm, all felonies. In November 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly shot another person in Nashua and then threw three stolen firearms into the Nashua River in order to elude prosecution.

Brittany Bohan, 26, of Salem Street in Nashua, for two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, Suboxone, and two counts of prostitution. On Oct. 12, 2016, in Nashua, she allegedly engaged in sexual contact for money and was in possession of the drugs, according to the indictment.
Gregory Bohenko, 54, of Wilder Street in Lowell, MA, for driving under the influence as well as two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, methadone, allegedly on Dec. 6, 2016, in Nashua, on the Everett Turnpike. He was convicted of OUI in Middlesex Mass. Superior Court in February 2008.

Nicholas Boucher, 22, pictured upper right, of Vine Street in Nashua, for felon in possession of a deadly weapon and reckless conduct, both felonies, as well as criminal mischief. On Oct. 21, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly discharged a firearm in close proximity of multiple occupied buildings in a residential neighborhood and smashed car windows with a baseball bat.
Kathleen Caron, 55, pictured lower left, of Temple Street in Nashua, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony robbery, allegedly on Nov. 15, 2016, in Nashua, while using a knife to rob another person, according to the indictment.
Justin Carter, 32, of Ingalls Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Adderall, allegedly on Nov. 4, 2016, in Nashua.
Candy L. Cookson, 51, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, for possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, allegedly on Oct. 26, 2016, in Nashua.
Cassandra Coughlin, 32, pictured lower right, of Hamilton Street in Nashua, for six felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-amphetamine, Lorazepam, Vyvanse, codeine, Alprazolam, allegedly on Aug. 24, 2016, in Nashua.
Derek Croft, 32, of Ferry Street in Allenstown, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, allegedly on Nov. 11, 2017, in Nashua.
Jonathan Cruz, 19, of Beech Street in Nashua, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine and receiving stolen property-firearm, both felonies, as well as carrying a handgun without a license and resisting arrest or detention, allegedly on Oct. 10, and Dec. 1, 2016, in Nashua.
