Teens Turn Themselves in on Criminal Trespass Charges
Police say break-in occurred on June 6.
Three Merrimack teenagers turned themselves in to police last week on warrants for criminal trespass stemming from a residential break-in police say happened on June 6.
William LeBlanc, 18, of 7-A Patten Road, Timothy Pinet, 17, of 34 Peaslee Road, and Kyle Mercer, 17, of 5 Woodward Road, turned themselves in on July 11 and 12 each on two counts of criminal trespass, a class A misdemeanor.
Police say an investigation into the home break-in on Peaslee Road led them to identify the three suspects and file warrants for their arrest. According to press releases from the Merrimack Police Department, all three teens cooperated with the investigation and surrendered without incident.
