Texas Man Arrested For Indecent Exposure: Merrimack Arrests
Plus, Queen City man faces protective order violation charge and local men arrested for disobeying police and a suspended license charge.
MERRIMACK, NH — Justin Zerbinopoulos, 30, pictured far right, of Boston Post Road in Merrimack, was arrested on Aug. 26, 2017, for disobeying an officer. At around 1 a.m. on Aug. 21, he was stopped for a traffic violation. After the vehicle stopped, he allegedly fled the area on foot. A warrant was later issued for his arrest. At just before 3 a.m. on Aug. 26, an officer saw Zerbinopoulos, knew he had an active warrant, and arrested him. He’s due in court on Sept. 21.

Brian Digiacomo, 49, pictured middle right, of South Baboosic Lake Road in Merrimack, was arrested on Aug. 26, 2017, for operating after suspension-subsequent. At around 1 a.m. on the date in question, an officer saw a vehicle on Turkey Hill Road make a minor traffic violation. The vehicle was stopped and during a check, it was revealed that Digiacomo had suspended privileges. He was arrested and is due in court on Sept. 21.

Brandon Flores, 30, pictured middle left, of Elm Street in Manchester, was arrested on Aug. 24, 2017, for violation of a protective order. The charge stems from an alleged incident on July 8, in Merrimack, where Flores allegedly came within 300 feet of a protected individual. A warrant was issued for his arrest and he was held and arraigned on Aug. 25.
Keith Yamada, 28, pictured far left, of Elm Street in Manchester and Texas, was arrested on Aug. 23, 2017, for indecent exposure. On Aug. 15, a woman reported to police that while at a local gathering, a man exposed his genitalia repeatedly. Police investigated the complaint and later, issued a warrant against Yamada. He is due in court on Sept. 21.
