Three Arrested on Drug Charges After Multi-Vehicle Crash

Merrimack Police arrested Manchester woman, Nashua men on the Daniel Webster Highway last week.

MERRIMACK, NH — Three New Hampshire residents were arrested on charges Friday after a multi-vehicle accident on the Daniel Webster Highway, according to police. Sherrie N. Livingston, 36, of Notre Dame Avenue in Manchester, was arrested on Sept. 30, 2016, and charged with possession of marijuana and transportation of drugs. Also arrested were (removed) and Mason Polewarczyk, 31 of East Dunstable Road in Nashua, for possession of marijuana.

Police were sent to a crash scene at just before 5:30 p.m. on Friday on the DW Highway. When they arrived, they investigated the incident and found that one vehicle had driven by the accident and stopped in traffic. Another vehicle then collided with the rear-end of that vehicle.

“During the investigation of the second motor vehicle accident, it was discovered that there was an arrest warrant for the operator of the motor vehicle, Sherrie Livingston, that was issued by the Nashua Police Department,” according to Sgt. Gregory Walters of the Merrimack Police Department. “There were two other passengers in the motor vehicle that were identified as Mason Polewarczyk and (removed). It was determined that both were under the influence of alcoholic beverages and were placed into protective custody.”

As the investigation continued, marijuana was allegedly located in the motor vehicle, according to Walters. All in involved were then charged with possession with Livingston also being charged for drug transportation.

All three are due in court on Nov. 10.
