Two Face Fraudulent Credit Card Charges
Merrimack Police arrest Massachusetts, New York men at the Merrimack Premium Outlet Mall.
Two men are due in Merrimack District Court on fraudulent credit card charges later this month after an incident at the Merrimack Premium Outlet Mall in December.
Steven Dunac, 27, pictured left, of Merrimack Meadow Lane in Tewksbury, MA, and Maurice Omar Smith, 27, of Renfrew Avenue in Elmont, NY, were arrested on Dec. 11, 2014, on fraudulent use of a credit card charges.
According to police, officers were called to the mall for a report of two men purchasing merchandise with stolen credit cards.

Upon arrival, the employee pointed out the two men out to police and the officers went to speak with them. After a brief investigation, both were arrested.
“Police were also able to obtain a search warrant for the vehicle the two had arrived to the mall in,” according to Lt. Denise Roy. “Upon searching it, over one hundred fraudulent credits were found. The investigation is continuing and police expect more charges to be forthcoming.”

Both Dunac and Smith will be arraigned on Jan. 28.
