Alleged Amherst Wedding Ring Thieves Indicted
Plus, cigarette store in Pelham faces drug sale charges; Nashua, Merrimack men indicted for drugs.

Hillsborough County Court released the following indictments recently:
Kyle Sullivan, 24, of Pine Street in Nashua and/or Willow Street in Manchester was indicted in Hillsborough Superior Court for felony burglary and receiving stolen property. He’s alleged to have broken into a home on Cottage Street in Milford on June 25, 2014, along with Ashley Thibodeau and Troy Melvin. He was also charged with disposing of an iPod owned by a Nashua resident on June 25, 2014.
Kyle Viau, 29, of Concord Street in Nashua, was indicted on possession of heroin, a special felony, from an incident on Aug. 6, 2014, in Nashua.

William Wood, 67, of London Court in Merrimack, but currently housed at the New Hampshire Prison in Concord, was indicted on possession of a controlled drug, a felony. It’s alleged that on April 18, 2014, in Nashua, he knowingly was in possession of cocaine after previously having been convicted of sale of a controlled drug in August 2004.
A&C Matte Enterprises LLC, Bridge Street in Pelham, the owner of Ace Discount Cigarettes, was indicted for two counts of sale of a controlled drug, one a felony. It’s alleged that the store knowingly sold drugs to Pelham Police on Nov. 12, 2013, and to New Hampshire State Police on April 23, 2014.

Joshua Adams, 28, of Wakefield Drive in Nashua, was indicted on possession of a controlled drug, a felony, from Aug. 15, in Merrimack (buprenorphine/suboxone).
Michael Babcock, 26, of Labree Road in New Boston, was indicted on a possession of drugs in a motor vehicle charge (marijuana) from Dec. 9, 2013, in Hollis.
Eric Baker, 26, of Vine Street in Nashua, was indicted for second-degree assault, a felony, for allegedly punching another man in the face, fracturing his jaw, in Hudson on July 7, 2014.
Nicholas Baldasarre, 25, of Middle Street in Amherst, was indicted on a theft of mislaid property, felony, charge. According to the court, sometime between July 14, and July 17, 2014, in Nashua, he allegedly took a wedding band valued at more than $1,500, instead of taking reasonable measures to return the ring to the owner.
Emmalyne Castillo, 28, of Mill Street in Amherst, was indicted on two counts of felony receiving stolen property charges. It’s alleged that on July 17, in Nashua, she allegedly took a wedding band valued at more than $1,500, instead of taking reasonable measures to return the ring to the owner, and retained the ring, attempting to deprive the owner thereof.
Jeffrey Bradbury, 25, of Melendy Road in Hudson, was incident on a felony receiving stolen property charge. It’s alleged that between March 14, and March 20, 2014, in Nashua, he received electronics, guitars, a fog machine, jewelry, and other items, that were previously stolen. The items were valued at more than $1,500.
Chad Burdick, 27, of Laurel Street in Manchester, was indicted on an obtaining a controlled drug through fraud, a felony. On Aug. 25, he allegedly obtained 30 10 mg oxycodone tablets from the CVS in Nashua by uttering a forged prescription.
David Clare, 32, of Sutton Street in North Andover, MA, was indicted for being a habitual offender, a felony. It’s alleged that while in Hudson on Aug. 2, 2014, he knowingly drove a motor vehicle on Central Street while he had a suspended license and had already been convicted of being a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Miguel Davila, 34, of Mont Vernon Street in Lawrence, MA, was indicted on a possession with intent to dispense charge, enhanced penalty, for allegedly having more than a half ounce of cocaine (4.39 ounces) with intent to distribute.
Christian Davis, 24, of Snow Street in Penacook, was indicted for three counts of second-degree assault, all felonies, three counts of simple assault, and single counts of criminal threatening and endangering the welfare of a child. On Sept. 1, 2014, in Litchfield, Davis allegedly strangled a woman by “squeezing her throat, causing her to experience impeded breathing” three different times. He also allegedly pulled a phone cord around her neck, grabbed her arm, and spit in her face. The indictment also alleges that he stated to the woman, “Your daughter is going to watch you die,” or words to that effect, and knowingly endangered the welfare of a 1-year-old by allegedly violating a duty of care and by assaulting the woman who was holding the child, causing the child to fall and hit her head.
