MILFORD, NH — A man from Nashua is facing a second drunken driving offense after a crash in Milford on Friday night, according to police.
Jacob E. Boisvert, 44, of McKean Street in Nashua, was arrested on Oct. 16 and charged with driving under the influence-second offense, DUI, disobeying an officer, resisting arrest or detention, conduct after an accident-property damage, criminal trespass on railroad property, and transporting or marijuana alcohol.
Limited information is available about the case, but according to the department's police blotter, radio traffic, and court documents, officers were sent to the area of 57 South St. for a report of a crash around 7:15 p.m. Dispatch said the crash was minor, but there was airbag deployment.

According to police, a driver later identified as Boisvert was accused of fleeing the scene and, around 177 South St., driving onto the CSX Transportation railroad tracks. Police also found a GMC Sierra pickup truck with damage by another vehicle. They accused Boisvert of crashing into the truck and then leaving the scene without stopping to share information or call police.
After being accused of resisting, Boisvert was taken into custody by police, according to scanner chatter. He was also trespassed from Walker's Auto Repair on 177 South Street, according to dispatch.
Police also accused Boisvert of possessing a bottle of Absolut Vodka "with a broken seal," according to a court report.
Boisvert was in court on Tuesday and released on bail. He is scheduled to return to Milford District Court for an arraignment on Monday.
According to the court report, Boisvert was convicted of driving under the influence in Nashua District Court on Jan. 13.
