Other officers were sent to there to assist. Hurst reportedly smelled like alcohol and was leaning against a wall, smoking a cigarette, and eating a cookie, according to police.

After he was handcuffed, Hurst allegedly “was going through mood swings” and “appeared to be angry.”

The warrant was on a falsifying physical evidence felony charge, $1,500 cash bail. During processing, he allegedly refused to cooperate, so he was taken straight to county, according to police.
