Milford Man Indicted for Allegedly Threatening, Assaulting His Wife

Plus, more alleged rioters indicted, teen faces reckless conduct charge, and man allegedly cashes check against store account.

The following people were indicted in Hillsborough Superior Court in August 2015:

Jose Cecenas, 20, of Bowers Street in Nashua, and Jennifer Dion, 33, of Avon Drive in Nashua, for felony riot connected to an April 26, 2015, incident in Nashua.

Omar Corado, 28, of Burns Street in Nashua, for two counts of felony possession of a controlled drug, felony possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, and three counts of felony sale of a controlled drug. In February 2014, in Nashua, he allegedly sold marijuana to an individual cooperating with Nashua Police. Corado was also allegedly in possession of 5 lbs. of marijuana and oxycodone. He was convicted in Middlesex Superior Court in October 2014 of possession of marijuana and oxycodone.

Pedro V. Correa, 52, of Front Street in Nashua, for felony second-degree assault for allegedly strangling the mother of his child on May 13, 2015, in Nashua.

Christopher Cortez, 31, of Whitehall Terrace in Nashua, for felony possession of a narcotic drug, second offense, and felon in possession. On May 23, 2015, in Nashua, he was allegedly in possession of heroin. He was convicted of controlled drug act; acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court in July 2013. At the time, he was also allegedly in possession of a Ruko hunting time.

Lauren Couturier, 26, of Second Street in Windham, for felony possession of a controlled drug (oxycodone) on May 25, 2015, in Nashua.

Kristina Crotty, 23, of Pleasant Street in Lowell, MA, for possession of a narcotic drug (heroin and fentanyl) on May 20, 2015, in Nashua.

Holly Demanche, no fixed address in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug (heroin) on May 12, 2015, in Nashua. She was convicted of possession of a controlled drug previously in Salem District Court.

Jon H. Demanche Jr., 17, of Danforth Road in Nashua, for felony reckless conduct for allegedly driving a Toyota Corolla into a man on April 23, 2015, in Litchfield.

Charles Deprima, 45, of West Street in Milford, for felony domestic violence-criminal threatening, felony domestic violence, criminal threatening, 10 counts of simple assault-domestic violence, and 11 counts of domestic violence. On a number of dates in May 2015, Deprima allegedly held a broken piece of glass at a woman and threatened his wife with it, made a verbal threat, and struck her numerous times.

Terrance Dery, 19, of Union Street in Manchester, for felony forgery. On June 1, 2015, at the Enterprise Bank in Hudson, he allegedly cashed a check for $810 against an account owned by Good Neighbors Specialty Foods.

David Dion, 27, of Mammoth Road in Hooksett, for felony habitual offender. On May 29, 2015, in Pelham, he allegedly drove a vehicle on Old Gage Hill Road when his privileges were suspended.

Anthony M. Dirubbo, 49, of Willow Street in Manchester, for two counts of felony sale of narcotic drug, subsequent. In October and November 2014, he allegedly sold heroin in Nashua. He was convicted in July 2010 of sale of narcotic drug.
