Milford Police Charge Milton Teen With Interference With Child Custody
Jonathan Stiles was arrested on Wednesday on a warrant after an incident in late May, according to police and court documents.
MILFORD, NH — A child custody issue last month led to the arrest of a teenager earlier this week, according to Milford police.
Jonathan Stiles, 18, of Rocky Point Road in Milton, was arrested on June 3 on a single count of interference with child custody-in state.

Police said Stiles was charged after a warrant was issued for his arrest. He was released and is scheduled to appear in court on July 13.
According to Milford District Court, Stiles “knowingly took a child under the age of 18… with the intent to conceal her from her parents who have lawful custodial rights.” The girl is 14.
