New Ipswich Man Faces DWI Charges In Milford: Cop Log

MILFORD, NH — Jennifer Gould, 38, of North River Road in Milford, was arrested at 7:21 p.m. on May 30, 2019, on a disorderly conduct charge at the residence. She was also taken into protective custody.

Mwunvaneza Francis, 48, of Union Street in Manchester, was arrested at 1:01 p.m. on May 28, after a motor vehicle complaint at Route 101 and Phelan Road.

Michael S. Ulbin, 27, of Purgatory Road in Milford, was arrested at 5:31 p.m. on May 10, on a disorderly conduct charge after an accident on Purgatory Road.

Tyler Hill, 27, of Temple Road in New Ipswich, was arrested at 7:42 p.m. on May 5, 2019, on driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated-second offense charges on Route 101.

A 58-year-old Manchester woman was taken into protective custody on Putman Street at 7:50 p.m. on May 1, after police were called to a report suspicious activity.
