Save The Trades Event to Showcase Renovation Plans

The Save the Trades event will be held February 16 from 5:00–7:00 PM at Milford High School and is open to the public.

Milford, NH - Students, parents, and community members are invited to attend the Save the Trades event on February 16 from 5:00–7:00 PM at Milford High School. This free, public event will spotlight the future of skilled trades education and workforce development in our community.


The evening will include a presentation of the Career and Technical Education (CTE) renovation plan, highlighting upcoming improvements aimed at expanding training opportunities and strengthening connections between students and industry. Guest speaker and founder of Bring Back the Trades, Steve Turner, will address the importance of revitalizing the trades, followed by industry partners who will share insights into current and future workforce needs and the vital role skilled trades play in the local economy.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in guided CTE tours, offering an inside look at existing programs, facilities, and hands-on learning environments.
