3 Arrested After Manchester And Nashua Joint Drug Investigation
The effort led to drug dealing charges against Gabriel Rivera and Ramon Guerrero while Manuel Balestier faces a robbery warrant.
MANCHESTER, NH — A joint drug investigation by two of New Hampshire's largest cities led to drug dealing charges against two and a robbery warrant against another, according to police.
The Manchester Police Department's SWAT team executed a search warrant of a Pennacook Street apartment May 15 which led to arrests against two men. Gabriel Rivera, 39, of Manchester, was wanted on a sale of a controlled drug warrant at the time. After the search, he was also charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled drug, and felon in possession of a firearm, all felonies.
Rivera was charged after police reported finding "large quantities of drugs," including heroin-fentanyl, cocaine, and oxycodone pills, according to Heather Hamel, the public information officer for the Manchester Police Department.

Also arrested was Manuel Balestier, 20, of Manchester, on a capias warrant for robbery issued out of Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
At the same time Pennacook Street raid, Nashua police issued a search warrant of a room at the Extended Stay Hotel on Southwood Drive in Nashua and arrested Ramon Guerrero, 37, of Manchester. He was also wanted on a sale of a controlled drug warrant. There, police said they also found heroin-fentanyl, cocaine, and oxycodone pills. Guerrero was additionally charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute. He was also placed on a hold per federal probation and parole, Hamel said.

"Also, more than $10,000 in cash was located, and at the Pennacook Street apartment, police seized two guns," she said.
