6 Arrested in Nashua Drug Sweep: ICYMI
Six people were arrested in a Nashua drug sweep this week: in case you missed it.
NASHUA, NH — A drug sweep in Nashua Wednesday netted six arrests, police said. Suspects were charged with crimes relating to heroin and crack cocaine distribution, among other charges.
These are the suspects:
- Luis Ruiz-Gonzalez, 24, of Nashua. Charged with selling crack cocaine (second offense); held on $100,000 bail.
- Devon Hart, 26, of Nashua. Charged with selling cocaine (second offense); held on $20,000 bail.
- Nathan Tupper, 33, Nashua. Charged with selling heroin; held on $20,000 bail.
- Julio Roman, 39, of Nashua. Charged with selling heroin; held in custody. Roman was arrested in another Nashua drug sweep in April, police said.
- Agustin Baruffaldi, 22, of Lawrence, Massachusetts. Charged with one count of liability to another individual selling cocaine and driving without a valid license; held on $20,000 bail.
- Elkin Gombins, 33, of Tyngsboro, Massachusetts. Charged with marijuana possession and possession of drugs in a vehicle; released on $3,000 bail.
A seventh suspect, Larry Downs, 46, of Nashua, was arrested on a warrant for violating a court order out of Carroll County.

Nashua police Lt. Kerry Baxter said citizens should call the department's narcotics hotline at 603-594-3597 about illegal drug activity.
