‘Adult Film Star,’ Felon Arrested On Nashua Child Rape Charges
Emily Iris Leduc faces child sexual abuse image and 2 felonious sexual assault counts after incidents with a teen in the spring of 2023.

NASHUA, NH — A self-proclaimed adult film star and a felon due to a conviction nearly three years ago for firing a gun on Pine Street has been arrested again.
Emily Iris Leduc, 30, with a last known address of McKean Street in Nashua, was arrested on Jan. 10 and charged with misdemeanor sexual assault, felony manufacture child sexual abuse image, and two felony felonious sexual assault-victim 13 to 15 counts.
Nashua police learned about the case after the department received a crimeline tip on Dec. 7, 2023, from a woman accusing Leduc of sexually assaulting a teenage boy and recording it on video, according to an affidavit. The tipster relayed specific information about the case to the police. About 10 days later, a second crimeline tip was submitted to police, including the accusation that the video of the sexual assault was sent to a relative of the victim.

A detective began to investigate the incident and met with family members of the boy on Dec. 20, 2023.
Through interviews, detectives learned Leduc was dating another family member and was staying at an apartment on Amherst Street where the boy, 15, lived, an affidavit stated. In October 2023, some of the family members exchanged the video and confirmed it was the victim. The recording occurred inside the family’s apartment, they said. A family member then spoke to the boy, who said he was sleeping when Leduc started touching him, the report said.

“(The boy) disclosed that Emily convinced him it would be OK and that he would be ‘doing it soon anyway,’” the detective wrote in the affidavit.
The investigation yielded at least three alleged encounters in 2023. The boy said he was unaware of a video until a family member told him about it. The boy also denied recording the encounter, the report said.
After watching the video, the detective “positively identified” Leduc due to prior booking photos with the department. The video was approximately four minutes and 50 seconds, the report said.
Leduc’s former boyfriend was interviewed and told detectives he “went through” Leduc’s cellphone and located “several concerning videos” and “other males in the hidden files folder.” He told detectives he did not have time to review the videos but sent them to his phone so he could watch them later and confront Leduc about them, the report stated. When going through all the videos, he realized one was of the boy, an affidavit said. The ex estimated the video was taken between March and April 2023, when they stayed in the apartment for about four weeks.
On Jan. 2, a warrant was issued for Leduc’s arrest. She was arrested about eight days later.
After the arrest, detectives received consent from family members to search Leduc’s belongings being stored in a basement since she was homeless. Police seized several electronic devices, which were being analyzed by the department’s computer forensic unit.
During an interview on Jan. 10, Leduc denied sexually assaulting the boy and “could not recall” any incident, suggesting the video “must have been edited,” a detective wrote. About 90 minutes later, she requested a re-interview and was accused of admitting to sexually assaulting the boy, claiming her ex-boyfriend persuaded her to do it. She claimed the ex “filmed the act” and then “used the video to blackmail her later,” the affidavit said. Leduc also claimed the video was never on her phone and her behavior was due to her drug abuse at the time, a detective wrote. Leduc was accused of claiming there was text message evidence showing the ex-boyfriend’s involvement but would not provide any information about the whereabouts of her actual phone or the messages.
Leduc was released on $1,500 cash bail on Jan. 11. A probable cause hearing will be held on Thursday in Nashua District Court.
Leduc is a felon due to a reckless conduct-deadly weapon conviction. In March 2020, she fired a gun into the air during an early morning disturbance on Pine Street near her apartment. In May 2021, she pleaded guilty to the charge and received a 12-month sentence, suspended for two years, with a single year of probation.
In an email to Patch about that case, Leduc claimed she was “an adult film star.”
Leduc, if convicted, faces up to 25 years in prison, including a mandatory minimum of 10 years, and fines.
