Alleged Mother-Daughter Heroin Dealers Arrested
Nashua Police: Amy Manzi and Arieana Manzi, who were previously arrested on prostitution charges two years ago, have been arrested again.
NASHUA, NH - A mother and daughter reportedly involved in previous criminal activity in Nashua are in trouble again with the law after being arrested last week on drug dealing charges.
Amy Manzi, 45, pictured left, of Vine Street in Nashua, was arrested on April 8, 2016, and charged with acts prohibited-sale of heroin and acts prohibited-criminal liability for sale of heroin, both felonies, as well as a misdemeanor license required charge. Also arrested was her daughter, Arieana Manzi, 22, of Vine Street, for five counts acts prohibited-sale of heroin, acts prohibited-criminal liability for sale of heroin, and possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl) with intent to distribute, all felonies.

According to Lt. Kevin Rourke, the department’s Problem Oriented Policing Unit arrested both women on outstanding warrants on Friday after a heroin sale investigation by the Narcotics Intelligence Division.

Amy Manzi was held on $20,000 cash bail; Arieana Manzi was held on $75,000 cash bail. Both are due to be arraigned today.
Rourke added that citizens are urged to call the Narcotics Hotline at 603-594-3597 or utilize the Nashua Police Department’s website Nashuapd.com with any information concerning illegal drug activity.
According to a previous report on Nashua NH Patch, both women, who were previous residents of Connecticut, were arrested in 2014 on a myriad of charges including prostitution, drug possession, and warrants. Amy Manzi, according to the Hartford Courant, was arrested on robbery charges in 2006.
