Alleged Nashua Heroin, Cocaine Dealer Arrested Again
Miguel Perez was charged after officers were sent to Lake Street for a criminal trespass call. In 2016, cops found drugs in his body cavity.

NASHUA, NH — A report of people trespassing on Lake Street led police in Nashua to arrest one man on drug dealing charges last weekend. Miguel Perez, 38, of Curtis Drive in Nashua, was arrested on April 13, 2019, and charged with criminal trespass and two counts of acts prohibited-possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-heroin, cocaine-second offense. On Saturday, officers were sent to Lake Street off Pine Street for a report of “several subjects trespassing,” according to Lt. Brian Kenney of the Nashua Police Department.
“During the course of the investigation, narcotic related evidence was observed in plain sight within the residence,” he alleged, “and the Narcotic Intelligence Division was notified to further the investigation.”
A search warrant was requested and issued. During the process of searching the building, officers allegedly located cocaine and heroin/fentanyl as well as other items that were “indicative of narcotic sales,” Kenney stated. Perez was then arrested.
