Numerous Alleged Drug Dealers Indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court

Nashua man indicted for stealing a handgun and a woman was indicted for allegedly stealing cash from store manager's drawer.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Adam Dallaire, 33, of Caldwell Road in Nashua, for felony receiving stolen property, allegedly a Walther P22 handgun on July 18, 2016, in Nashua.

Tanya Daly, 28, of Mulberry Street in Nashua, for theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, in November 2013 and March 2014 in Merrimack County Superior Court. On June 19, 2016, she allegedly removed cash from the manager’s drawer at Arby’s in Nashua.

Matthew Escamilla, 28, with no fixed address in Nashua, on two counts of sale of a counterfeit drug-heroin and two counts of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly on June 22, and June 30, 2016, in Nashua to a cooperating individual working with the police department.

William A. Giordani Jr., 48, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, for possession of a controlled drug-Alprazolam with intent to distribute-subsequent, allegedly on Aug. 18, 2016, in Nashua. He was previously convicted of sale of a controlled drug in March 2013 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Devon Hart, 27, with no fixed address in Nashua, for sale of a controlled drug-cocaine, subsequent, allegedly on Aug. 9, 2016, in Nashua, after being convicted of sale of a counterfeit drug earlier this year.

Brian Hayward, 30, of Ledgewood Hills in Manchester, on two felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking. On July 30, 2016, he allegedly stole speakers from the Family Dollar Store in Nashua. On Aug. 3, 2016, he allegedly stole two Natural Ice beers from CVS in Nashua. Hayward was previously convicted of theft in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in December 2014 and Nashua District Court in February 2015.

Miguel Perez, 36, currently incarcerated, on three counts of sale of a counterfeit drug-heroin, three counts of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, and two counts of sale of a narcotic drug-cocaine, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents in February 2016 in Nashua. In two of the incidents, Perez allegedly worked in concert with Avery Morrow on the sales.

Julio Roman, 39, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two counts of sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and sale of a counterfeit drug-heroin, all felonies, allegedly on Aug. 10, 2016, in Nashua. At the time of the incidents, Roman was reportedly out on bail awaiting other charges in Nashua District Court.

Jonathan Ruiz-Negron, 28, of Chandler Street in Nashua, on three felony counts of sale of controlled drugs-cocaine, crack cocaine. In December 2015, he allegedly sold the drugs to an individual working with police. Ruiz-Negron was previously convicted of possession in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in August 2013.

Christian Torres, 25, of Tolles Street in Nashua, on five counts of sale of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine, possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine with intent to distribute, and common nuisance. The charges stem from alleged incidents in Nashua in July 2016.

Shivam Yadav, 25, of Lowell Street in Nashua, for robbery, theft by unauthorized taking, two counts of sale of a counterfeit drug-cocaine, LSD, all felonies, and two counts of simple assault. On July 9, 2016, he allegedly threatened to strike a man in Nashua after the man was attempted to retrieve property Yadav allegedly stole from him, struck him in the head, and pushed him off a dock into a river. The drug charges stem from alleged incidents on Jan. 28. Yadav was previously convicted of theft in February 2011 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South and in July 2015 in Nashua District Court.
