Nashua Sexual Assault Suspect Indicted

The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court recently:

Kyle M. Brooks, 23, of Page Road in Litchfield, on a felony burglary charge from Nov. 21, 2014, for allegedly burglarizing a neighbor’s apartment.

Jason Burns, 25, of Temple Street in Nashua, for felony theft by deception in 2012 on Gusabel Avenue in Nashua allegedly involving checks at TD Bank in excess of $1,500.

Brandon Callahan, 28, of Broad Street in Nashua, on three felony sale of narcotic drug, second offense, counts, for allegedly selling heroin in August and September 2014 in Nashua after being convicted of possession of a controlled drug in 2009.

Jose Cecenas, 20, of C Street in Nashua, on possession of a narcotic drug and possession with intent to dispense, both felonies. He was allegedly in possession of cocaine and marijuana on Sept. 23, 2014, in Nashua.

Robert Censullo, 44, of Chandler Street in Nashua, on three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. It’s alleged that between 2007 and 2009 in Nashua, he allegedly sexually assaulted girl under 16 in Nashua.

David Clare, 43, of Sutton Street in North Andover, MA, on a possession of a controlled drug, felony, charge, for allegedly having cocaine on Aug. 2, 2014, in Hudson.

Devin Coutu, 20, of Salvail Court in Nashua, for felony criminal liability to armed robbery for allegedly driving a vehicle after Ryan Paquin allegedly robbed the East Hollis Street Variety on Oct. 27, 2014, in Nashua.

Stephen Coutu, 28, of Maple Street in Manchester, for felony second-degree assault, for allegedly injuring a child under 13, “in the left cheek, causing a bite mark and bruise,” on Aug. 23, 2013, in Milford.

Anderson Morales, 19, of Howard Street in Lawrence, MA, on a felony robbery charge from Jan. 6, 2015, in Nashua. He allegedly worked in concert with Christopher Francisco and Fray Cayetano to allegedly steal from another man’s apartment.

Andrew Muite, 19, of Piermont Street in Nashua, for three counts of felony sale of controlled drugs allegedly involving marijuana in September and October 2014 in Nashua.

Seamus Murphy, 33, of North River Road in Milford, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly taking a gold necklace from Marquise Jewelers in Nashua on Dec. 19, 2014.

Tyler Naamani, 20, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, on possession of child sexual abuse images, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, for allegedly communicating with a 14-year-old and attempting to “engage in sexual activity for the purpose of creating a visual representation” and possessing a sexual explicit photo of the child.
