New Realtor Inductees Underscore Healthy Housing Market

At an induction ceremony that took place at the Greater Manchester/ Nashua Board of Realtors (GMNBR) office, 22 new members accepted the honor and responsibility of becoming a Realtor. These new Realtor professionals pledge to hold themselves to the highest standards of professionalism and to conform to the lofty ideals of the REALTOR Code of Ethics.

“Inducting 22 new REALTOR members into our local board is a positive sign that housing is improving in our immediate market area,” says GMNBR, Vice President Gail R. Athas, who lead the new member orientation class. “We welcome these new members who pledged themselves to abide by a strict code of ethics in their new profession and to protect the American Dream—Homeownership.”

By becoming a REALTOR member of GMNBR, the inductees will also hold memberships at New Hampshire Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. GMNBR congratulates all the new members of the Board and wishes them success in their new career in real estate.
