“The NH Joint Fugitive Task Force had been actively working the case in both northern New Hampshire, as well as in the Nashua, NH, area where Mr. Brooks was reportedly staying,” White said. “Late yesterday afternoon, Mr. Moore turned himself in to the U.S. Marshals Service at the Warren Rudman Federal Courthouse in Concord due to his being featured as the ‘Fugitive of the Week.’”
According to superior court records, Moore pleaded guilty to a controlled drug: acts prohibited charge in August 2018 after an incident in Nashua in September 2017. The charge was brought back under review by the Hillsborough County Superior Court South in December 2018. He pleaded guilty to another drug charge in January 2019 and another in August 2020, along with a driving after revocation or suspension charge, also out of Nashua.
